Who is web design at Luma for?
For sole traders, small businesses, clinics, cafés, salons, small e-shops and B2B companies of up to 20 people. Wherever it matters whether a website makes the phone ring or not.
How quickly do we start?
After a short call, we'll send you a website preview (1–3 screens) within 5 days. If we're a good fit, your website goes live within 7–28 days (depending on the package).
What do we need from you before we start?
Your logo (if you have one), a few photos and short answers to 5 questions via /brief or over the phone. We write the copy and you simply approve it.
Prices and packages
How much does a website cost?
We have 3 fixed packages: Simple Website 290 € (a single-page website), Business Website 690 € (a 5-page website), Website with E-shop 1 290 € (an e-shop or a large website). The price is agreed upfront — no extra invoicing.
What's not included in the price?
The domain (roughly 12–20 € per year) and hosting (from 3 € per month) — you arrange these yourself, or we'll help you. Any changes beyond the package are agreed upfront.
Do prices include VAT?
Prices are exclusive of VAT. We issue a proper invoice with VAT.
Website quality and speed
Why do you claim your websites sell?
Because we use what is proven to work on people. One goal per page, a button right where the eye looks, plain copy. We do it based on experience of what works and what drives customers away.
How fast does the website load?
The target is under 2 seconds, even on mobile with a weak connection. We track Core Web Vitals (LCP, INP, CLS) — all green. No unnecessary plugins, no large videos in the header.
Does the website work on mobile too?
Yes, mobile-first. 70% of your customers are on mobile. We test the website on iPhone, Android, and small and large screens before handover.
After delivery
Can I edit the website myself?
Yes. You'll get a short video guide on how to change text and images and add subpages. The Business Website comes with 30 days of free support, the Website with E-shop with 60 days.
Do you also do logos or content?
Yes, but as an add-on service. Most often: 1 simple logo for 99 €, a professional photo shoot at your premises for 199 €. Agreed upfront.
Where are you based?
Bratislava, Slatinská 28, 821 07. We communicate by e-mail, phone and Google Meet. Even if you're at the other end of Slovakia, we'll build your website without a hitch.
