Alert system · 24/7 monitor

Other agencies find out on Monday. You'll find out in 60 seconds.

We monitor campaigns 24/7. If ROAS drops, tracking fails or the budget overruns, you get an instant alert by email or Slack. Before you lose money, not after the weekend.

Lumík with a bell — 24/7 alert system
● LIVE · 24/7 MONITORING · AUTO-PAUSE

The competition finds out on Monday morning. We find out in 60 seconds.

Automated monitoring of ROAS, CPA, budget, Conversions API errors, disapproved ads and outages. When something breaks, we automatically pause the campaign and the team gets an SMS — we fix it before your ROAS drops to zero. Without alerts, a client loses 8–15 % of their budget per month on average. That's €80–150 from every thousand.

WHAT WE MONITOR

8 types of alerts others ignore

1

ROAS drop below threshold

Threshold: ROAS < 70 % of target value over 24 h
Action: We automatically pause the campaign and the account manager gets an SMS + Slack notification.
2

CPA spike

Threshold: CPA rises by > 30 % compared to the 7-day average
Action: We pause the most problematic ad set and within 1 h analyse the cause (creative, audience, landing).
3

Daily budget exhausted before 12:00

Threshold: Daily budget spent > 80 % by midday
Action: We advise whether to raise the limit or leave it. Reactive, based on goals.
4

Conversions API error

Threshold: Server-side tracking sends no events for > 1 h
Action: We check the webhook + redeploy the backend. Without a fix, you'll lose ~30 % of attribution.
5

Ad disapproval

Threshold: Ad rejected by Google or Meta
Action: Within 4 h during business hours we fix it or appeal. Without action the whole campaign could pause.
6

Pixel / GA4 down

Threshold: No pageview for 30 min on the main page
Action: We check JavaScript errors and the deployment. It's often the result of a new release on the site.
7

Anomalous CTR (too low or too high)

Threshold: CTR outside ±50 % of the campaign average
Action: A high CTR can mean invalid traffic, a low CTR creative fatigue. We address it depending on the context.
8

Account blocked / payment issue

Threshold: Google Ads or Meta reports a payment problem
Action: We notify the client and help with the fix. Usually resolved the same day it's discovered.

Sample alert

⚠️ Slack notification: campaign „Search — brand“ — ROAS below threshold

🔴 [LUMA Creative Alert] Client: ABC Ltd.
Campaign: Search — brand + product (Google Ads, ID 1234567890)
Metric: ROAS = 2.1× (target 4.0×, threshold 2.8×)
Trend: drop from 5.4× → 2.1× over the last 24 h
Detected: 02:14 CET · 1 min after the condition was met

Action (auto): campaign PAUSED 02:15 CET
Assigned: Peter K. · will review in the morning at 08:30
Possible cause: landing page change yesterday 22:30 (deploy commit a3f2c1)
ETA fix: by 10:00 CET

The client received an email about the action in the morning (no late-night fire drills). The account manager fixed the landing page by 09:45, the campaign was restarted, and ROAS returned to 5.0× within 24 h. Loss: ~€12 vs. the potential loss without the alert (about 8 hours running at 2× ROAS = ~€180).
